Building reports are sourced by the owners corporation for the purposes of reviewing the state of the building at the moment of the report.

Material within reports are referred to as findings, which are conducted by PCAs. These are usually access consultants, and/or engineers :(Fire, structural, electrical, mechanical).

The cost of a building report is in relation to where a building is in its life cycle, the scope of works, and significantly varies if internal lot areas are included. Generally, most reports concentrate on common property.
